You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days from the date your parcel arrived.
Items that are not eligible for exchange or returns include intimates, accessories, swimwear & sale items.
In all cases, the returned items must be in the same condition that you received them (unworn, unwashed, with no odour, no make-up, & with all tags & labels attached).

I love love these pants! I am a short girl so there are a bit too long for me, but for the tall girls they would be perfect. I wish they had them in more colours. I would love to have multiple sets with these pants.
I wear a size XXL for all skirts and dresses that I've ever bought from Imprecca. I bought this one in that size and it was way too big, not baggy, way too big. And since I bought it on sale, I couldn't even exchange it. But I love the material, looks wise and how comfortable it is to wear.
